completely my fault - Guild Wars Forums

i have not loged into my guild wars in some time. i can't seem to remember my characters name on it. i got the email and pw. i see some people sent a ticket but i never done anything like this and im in dire need of help. i also have no screen shots as i have wiped my pc recently. any one have idea or know how to send a ticket im completely new to this kind of problem. thnx in advance.

don't worry just go to guildwars.com/support/email support and email them say exactly what you said here and include any extra info you can like if you ever purchased extra slots in your bank or anything.

for me it usually takes them a day or so to reply.

oh i forgot, adding your key codes can ensure they give you a character name

Make sure to put MISSING CHARACTER NAME in the subject line and give them your account name but not your password. Also give them as much owner info as you can.

do u have any real life friends that play/played the game
maybe they have you friend listed and can check and give you a character name
this has worked for quite a number of people
and it saves you 3 days+ of dealing with support b/c those people are fin idiots

if you dont have your origional key codes available. a.net wont help you at all regarding account access. ive tried plenty of times. esp if its for access to your nc soft account. they are very strict ><

Not always true,
my account was hacked and they returned my account to me even though I didn't have my access keys anymore. I just provided them with as much details as possible, from things I had purchased in onlinestore, last 4 digits of creditcard I used, and a lot of ingame information.
